DISCOVERY’S FOOD NETWORK EMBARKS UPON AN EXCITING NEW JOURNEY
7food network launching as brand new Australian channel!
Friday, 26 October 2018: Discovery today announced an exciting new partnership with Seven West Media to launch a brand-new home for the globally renowned Food Network brand and content. Food Network is currently distributed to over 180M people in more than 160 countries and from December 1, the powerhouse brand will join forces with Seven to bring Australian audiences 7food network.
7food network will deliver much loved, hit international franchises including Iron Chef, Chopped, Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, and Cake Wars as well as a slate of culinary programming that Seven are bringing to the dining table!

The journey of Food Network continues across the Tasman this year and from December 1, not only will it find its new home in Australia but in New Zealand, Discovery will rebrand locally owned and operated channel, Food TV, to Food Network, bringing the celebrated brand and content exclusively to SKY audiences for the first time.
